We feel the consumer voice has been long absent from the debate on the Welsh language and we have campaigned for greater involvement for consumers in the design and delivery of Welsh language services.
We recently published a report on Consumers and the Welsh Language as well as contributing written and oral to the Enterprise and Learning Committee’s rapporteur group on bilingualism.
We welcome the inclusion of some of our key recommendations in the Enterprise and Learning Committee report and we are urging Assembly Members to support these in the forthcoming plenary debate (23rd
March).
