Energy consumers not connected to the gas network in Wales struggled with steep price rises and delivery problems last winter evidence shows.
Consumer Focus Wales asked people to supply evidence of their experiences to help inform the off-grid energy market study announced by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) in March. Around 206,000 homes (16 per cent) in Wales are off the gas network so rely on fuels like heating oil, liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and solid such as coal or wood to heat their homes

Consumer Focus Wales is asking consumers across Wales who are not connected to the gas grid to come forward with evidence of any problems they have experienced with their energy supply.
