If you’re unhappy with our service

The Consumer Focus Extra Help Unit deals with energy and postal complaints referred to us by Consumer Direct and other bodies. We are committed to providing an effective and professional service to everyone who contacts us. However, if you feel dissatisfied with the service you have received from us or with the way that we have handled your complaint with your energy or postal company, you should download our ‘Complaints about Consumer Focus’ leaflet for guidance, or contact us using the details below.

To complain about any other aspect of the work of Consumer Focus, you can either:

* phone us on 020 77997900 or
* write to us at Head of Secretariat, Consumer Focus, 4th Floor, Artillery House, Artillery Row, London, SW1P 1RT.

Your complaint will then be passed to the appropriate Director or Programme Leader for investigation.

Every complaint about Consumer Focus is investigated thoroughly, and we’ll keep you fully updated on progress and discuss the results with you.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is intended for complaints against Consumer Focus only. For energy and postal complaints you should contact the company or you can obtain independent help and advice by contacting Consumer Direct.
