Publication: Regulated Industries Unit draft work programme for consultation

Consumer Focus is creating a new voice for UK consumers in the markets that matter most to them and we need your help to do this in the most effective way.
In April 2012, the Government decided that a new Regulated Industries Unit (RIU) should be established to represent consumers in essential markets subject to economic regulation.
