Consumer Focus Scotland welcomes the opportunity to contribute our views on the new UK Government Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation. We believe that the new programmes could help reduce costs and improve comfort, if designed to meet the needs of consumers in Scotland. We highlight areas where more needs to be done to make the proposals attractive to consumers to deliver these benefits.
