Making access to civil justice a reality

The Civil Justice Advisory Group has published its final report, recommending a series of reforms designed to improve the process of dealing with civil disputes in Scotland. The recommendations of the report were informed by the Group’s consultation process, and consultation seminar.

Energy Best Deal Scotland
