Board
Open Board meetings
The Consumer Focus Scotland Board meets six times a year. The meetings are held at the offices of Consumer Focus Scotland, Royal Exchange House, 100 Queen Street, Glasgow. The public and press are welcome to attend as non-participating observers. Please contact Susan Kelly (e-mail: susan.kelly@consumerfocus.org.uk or tel: 0141 226 5261) in advance, so arrangements can be made.
Consumer Focus Scotland is fully committed to being open and accountable. However, there may be occasions when matters will be discussed in private – details of such occasions are specified at the bottom of this page.

Certain agenda items will be discussed in private where the Board deal with research carried out in confidence, personnel matters, matters of commercial confidentiality or matters which would result in an unwarranted invasion of privacy.
The Chair and Director will decide which, if any, items are to be treated as confidential before the agenda is circulated. Where there is the possibility of the press and public being excluded during discussion of an item or part of an item this will be indicated on the agenda.
The media are asked to treat board papers and discussions as embargoed until the publication date of the final report.
