Through consumers’ eyes – Meeting tomorrow’s challenges

Strong consumer representation is a successful ingredient of a flourishing economy and healthy society. Whatever the shape of the future consumer landscape, we hope that consumer representation is at least as strong and effective as it is today.

We hope this report provides food for thought and some practical guidance for those with an interest in promoting the  consumer interest in future, whether they be other consumer bodies, regulators, policy makers or civic society groups.
