Fair enough? – A report to Consumer Focus from the National Consumer Federation on the FSA’s Treating Customers Fairly initiative

This report undertakes a review of the history of the Financial Services Authority’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) initiative and its success/failure so far. It provides an assessment of the TCF principles and information supporting them based on the FSA’s publicly available information, examining how TCF has been implemented. The practical implementation is discussed and some recommendations made for improvement.
