In order to keep you up to date with the work that Consumer Focus is carrying out on postal issues, we now produce a quarterly post report. This covers Royal Mail’s performance against its Quality of Service targets, investigations we are undertaking on behalf of consumers and general updates on key issues in the changing postal sector.
