Complaints

Anyone not satisfied with the response to their request may seek a review by writing to the Finance and Operations Manager.

If you remain dissatisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, you have the right to apply to the Information Commissioner, who enforces and oversees the Freedom of Information Act.
