We want postal consumers, particularly those more vulnerable, to have a voice in relation to the goods and services they receive.

We will be the champion for postal consumers in Northern Ireland – admired for our expertise, respected for our judgement, and feared by those who deny the public in Northern Ireland a proper postal service.
