Our structure

Our remit covers postal issues for consumers in Northern Ireland including post offices.

We have retained expertise from our predecessor organisation, Postwatch, ensuring continuity in skills, experience, and the capacity to understand the key issues of the postal market and post offices.

We work closely with the Regulated Industries and Public & Community Services advocacy programme teams at Consumer Focus on a range of issues, including our key concerns on postal matters and post offices.
