Energy supplier performance

Consumer Focus stopped publishing the energy complaints league table last year while changes were made to the data and indicators that we use to compile this comparison.

We want consumers to have access to reliable and fair information about the performance of suppliers.

We decided not to publish results based on the existing indicators because of a change in the process by which consumers lodge problems and while we consulted on the implications of those changes for our comparison tables. We hope to recommence publication of performance figures by March 2013.
