Here you will find information on how you can benefit from the free services on offer. These services are free to join and are available from all mains gas and electricity suppliers.

The scheme is available to all household gas and electricity consumers who:

• are of pensionable age; or
• have a disability; or
• have a hearing and/or visual impairment; or
• have long-term ill-health.

Please note:

Free services are available to all these mains gas and electricity consumers. But there are some free services that you can only get if you are receiving a means-tested or income-tested benefit. Please see our leaflet for more information.

At the moment free services are not available to consumers of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).
